This concierge care does not replace your current health insurance but instead is an enhancement of care options. Rather than waiting for weeks or ever months for appointments your monthly membership fee covers prompt access to Dr. Sheth via in person visits, home visits, telehealth, phone calls, emails or even a quick text exchange.

We also accept insurance and offer retainers for more personalized service.

Pricing:

• Individual $110 per month
• Families $110 for the first person then $65 per additional family member
